What You Will Enjoy Doing
* Deliver technical support and solutions with outstanding customer experience.
* Provide resolution of customer complaints effectively and in a timely manner.
* Build strong collaborative relationships with your team and other departments.
* Identify and communicate local growth opportunities and maintain efficient warehouse processes.
* Contribute to the overall branch performance.
* Accurately and timely process orders in SAP.
* Comply with SPW Safety policies and procedures.
What Makes You Great
* Experience in a retail sales environment.
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
* Strong focus on customer service.
* Desirable SAP skills.
* Welding, fabrication or similar trade knowledge would be highly regarded.
