Salary Range: $86,600 - $124,725 pending experience + Super + Allowances

We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Secondary Teacher – Health and Physical Education with appropriate tertiary qualifications and current registration (or eligibility for registration) with the Queensland College of Teachers. This full‐time, permanent position will commence in Term 3 – 13th July 2026.
Responsibilities
* Design engaging lessons and activities that promote health and physical education across diverse learning styles.
* Set clear expectations and establish rigorous, student‐centred learning environments.
* Use a range of assessment tools to monitor progress, celebrate growth, and provide meaningful feedback.
* Reflect on practice continuously to drive improvement and professional development.
* Prioritise student safety and wellbeing while maintaining a welcoming, inclusive atmosphere.
Qualifications & Experience
* Valid tertiary qualification in Physical Education, Sport, or related field.
* Current registration (or eligibility) with the Queensland College of Teachers.
* Experience teaching secondary health and physical education, and familiarity with contemporary teaching practices.
* Ability to support a diverse range of learners and foster student confidence.
