The IT Operations Manager is responsible for managing the systems, applications, infrastructure, and processes that enable Scalene's IT to run efficiently and securely. This role combines hands-on technical administration with business partnership, working with internal teams, clients, and external vendors to ensure our IT environment is secure, cost-effective, and aligned with our operational objectives.
You will be accountable for managing day-to-day IT operations and suppliers, enabling new client and geography setups, overseeing information security, and supporting continuous improvement in technology governance and cost management.

To be successful in this role you will bring:
* Proven experience (5+ years) managing IT operations and cloud-based infrastructure, ideally within a SaaS or technology business.
* Deep working knowledge of Microsoft 365, Azure, SharePoint, and collaboration platforms including configuration, administration, and user management.
* Demonstrated capability in service setup, access management, and systems integration across applications such as Jira, Confluence, HubSpot, Xero, and Power BI.
* Experience managing IT budgets and a sound knowledge of information security principles and compliance frameworks (e.g. ISO 27001)
* Experience partnering with internal teams and a variety of stakeholders
