The Role
We are seeking a Junior Contract Administrator to join our growing team and support the successful delivery of high-end residential projects across Perth. Working closely with the Senior Contract Administrator and broader construction team, you will play an important role in ensuring projects are delivered efficiently, accurately and to the highest standard.

Key Responsibilities
* Assist with subcontractor and supplier procurement
* Coordinate subcontractor RFIs and RFAs
* Assist in managing client and subcontractor variations
* Assess and process subcontractor progress claims
* Maintain project documentation and document control
* Support the project delivery team across commercial and administrative functions
Requirements and Qualifications
* Qualification in Construction Management (or similar)
* Previous experience within the construction industry
* Understanding of construction processes, sequencing and project lifecycle
* Strong organisational and time management skills
* Well-developed written and verbal communication skills
* High attention to detail and willingness to learn
* Full Australian working rights
