**The Company**:
An award-winning and highly established home building and development company, due to continued growth are looking to hire an experienced new home building Sales Consultant for their growing sales team based in Warragul.
The role is available on an annual base salary (no retainer) market leading commission package.
**Key Responsibilities of the Role**:
- Providing a first-class customer experience and service to prospective clients.
- Generating and nurturing new and existing leads.
- Building strong rapport with clients
- Demonstrating your industry knowledge and experience
- Qualifying the client's needs
- Negotiating and selling new home builds based on client's budget, design guidelines and preferences.
- Achieving and exceeding sales targets
**Role Requirements**:
- Prior experience working as a Sales Consultant with a volume home building company with a minimum of 1-2 year experience.
- You're an enthusiastic, self-starter who is driven to succeed and build very strong rapport with your clients.
- Strong negotiation skills with a view to building relationships with your colleagues and clients.
- A proven sales track record within the volume home building industry
- Strong work ethic
- Experience in achieving and exceeding sales targets and KPI's.
- Proficient computer skills including Microsoft Office
