CRU Galston Gorge has a unique opportunity for a hands‐on Property Maintenance Manager to take charge of site presentation and lead a small, committed team in keeping our stunning bushland campsite running at its best.
Your Focus
* Lead and roster maintenance & cleaning staff.
* Keep facilities, grounds and services in top condition.
* Oversee repairs, contractors and compliance.
* Manage budgets, purchasing and capital works.
* Ensure a safe, functional and welcoming site for all guests.
You Bring
* Active involvement in a Christian church and alignment with our mission.
* Maintenance/facilities experience.
* Confident team leadership.
* Strong communication and problem‐solving skills.
* Manual licence + fitness for hands‐on work.
