Desert Knowledge Australia (DKA) is seeking expressions of interest (EOIs) for appointment to its Board of Directors. This is a unique opportunity to contribute to DKA's role as a catalyst for knowledge, innovation, and partnerships in desert and remote Australia.

Who We're Looking For
We are seeking Board members who can bring skills, experience, and commitment in areas such as:
Governance and leadership
Aboriginal culture and community development
Education, training, and workforce development
Remote service delivery and regional engagement
Renewable energy, climate adaptation, and sustainability
Business, finance, law, or risk management
Economic development and innovation
We strongly encourage nominations from Aboriginal people, women, younger leaders, and people with diverse backgrounds.
Eligibility
To be eligible for nomination or membership on the Board, you need to be a member of DKA's society of participants by joining the DKA Network mailing list. (Refer to s13 (2) and s14 of the DKA Act ****)
