Job Title

As a skilled professional, you will provide comprehensive executive support to senior leadership. This position requires exceptional organisational ability, strong judgement, and the capacity to operate with a high degree of discretion and professionalism.

The successful candidate will demonstrate a commitment to excellence, consistently deliver accurate and timely work, and maintain a proactive and solutions-oriented approach. This role offers the opportunity to contribute meaningfully to a dynamic organisation.


Key Responsibilities:

* Provide high-level administrative and overall project management support to senior executives.
* Manage senior executives' diaries, inboxes, and workflows with a proactive and organised approach.
* Prepare, coordinate and review documentation, tenders, reports, and presentations.
* Anticipate senior executives' requirements and ensure they are fully prepared for meetings, commitments, and deadlines.
* Coordinate executive and management meetings, including the preparation of agendas, minute taking and monitoring of actions.
* Conduct research, prioritise matters requiring attention, and recommend appropriate courses of action as required.
* Maintain strict confidentiality and exercise discretion when handling sensitive information.
* Liaise effectively with internal stakeholders and clients on behalf of senior executives.
* Identify and implement opportunities to streamline processes and enhance efficiency.
* Coordinate travel, accommodation, and logistical arrangements where necessary.
* Assist in the coordination of internal events, projects, and initiatives.
* Represent the company in a professional manner in all verbal, written and in-person communications.


Skills and Qualifications:

* Minimum five years' experience in Executive Assistant, Personal Assistant or senior administrative roles.
* Experience within the construction, infrastructure or property sectors is advantageous.
* Advanced computer literacy, including proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
* Exceptional organisational skills, attention to detail and a high level of accuracy in all work.
* Demonstrated ability to manage competing priorities, meet deadlines, and work effectively under pressure.
* Strong interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills.
* Proven ability to exercise sound judgement, handle confidential matters appropriately and build effective working relationships at all levels.
* Initiative-driven, proactive, and capable of anticipating needs in a fast-paced and evolving environment.
