The Opportunity
We're looking for a highly organised and proactive Property Investment Assistant to support our Senior Buyers Agents throughout the property acquisition journey.
You'll play a critical role in helping our team identify opportunities, coordinate acquisitions, manage client communication and deliver an exceptional experience from strategy through to settlement.
Working closely with experienced Buyers Agents, you'll gain exposure to every stage of the property acquisition process while developing the skills, knowledge and experience required to build a long-term career in property.
For the right person, this role provides a genuine pathway into acquisitions, advisory and buyers agency within a rapidly growing national business.
Key Responsibilities – Buyer's Agent Support
* Provide day-to-day support to Senior Buyers Agents throughout the acquisition process
* Coordinate property inspections, due diligence activities and acquisition milestones
* Assist with sourcing and assessing investment opportunities across Australia
* Liaise with real estate agents, brokers, solicitors, conveyancers and property managers
* Support client communication and ensure an exceptional client experience throughout the acquisition journey
* Manage acquisition workflows and ensure critical deadlines are met
Property Acquisitions & Due Diligence
* Coordinate building and pest inspections and summarise findings
* Assist with contract reviews and acquisition documentation
* Monitor off‐market and pre‐market opportunities
* Support negotiation and acquisition activities where required
* Ensure due diligence requirements are completed accurately and efficiently
* Track acquisitions from offer acceptance through to settlement
Property Research & Opportunity Assessment
* Conduct suburb and market research to support acquisition decisions
* Review comparable sales, rental evidence and local market conditions
* Identify emerging opportunities and growth locations
* Assist Buyers Agents in evaluating properties against WT Capital acquisition criteria
* Prepare supporting research and investment summaries where required
Operations & Systems
* Maintain CRM records and acquisition databases
* Manage property tracking systems and workflow processes
* Assist with internal process improvements and operational efficiencies
* Utilise technology and AI tools to improve productivity and client outcomes
* Exceptional organisation and time management skills
* Strong attention to detail
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills
* Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast‐paced environment
* High level of personal accountability and ownership
* Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office and Google Workspace
* Professional presentation and client‐focused mindset
* Ability to work independently and solve problems proactively
* Experience in property, real estate, administration, customer service, sales support or professional services
* Familiarity with Australian property markets
* Experience using AI and technology tools
* Tertiary qualifications in Property, Business, Finance or a related discipline
