As a key member of our team, you will play an important role in helping our clients maximise value from our software platforms designed to streamline and automate risk management processes.

We are seeking a proactive and commercially minded Relationship Manager who is passionate about building strong customer relationships, driving product adoption, and delivering outstanding client experiences.

Due to continued national growth, we are expanding our team and looking to add multiple Relationship Managers to our Canberra-based operation.

The Role

As an Relationship Manager, you will be responsible for managing and growing relationships with existing customers and partners across Australia. You will act as a trusted advisor to clients, ensuring they achieve ongoing success with our platform while identifying opportunities to expand engagement and product utilisation. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced SaaS environment and thrives on relationship management, customer outcomes, and collaboration across teams.

Key Responsibilities

* Build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers across Australia
* Drive customer satisfaction, retention, and long-term success
* Identify opportunities to expand product adoption and increase customer value
* Partner closely with Sales, Support, and Executive teams
* Support onboarding, account growth, and customer advocacy initiatives
* Maintain a strong understanding of our software solutions and industry trends

About You

To be successful in this role, you will ideally have:

* 4+ years' experience in Relationship Management or SaaS account management
* Technical aptitude or the ability to quickly understand software platforms (desirable)
* Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
* Excellent phone, video conferencing, and written communication abilities
* A positive customer‐first mindset with strong problem‐solving skills
* High levels of self‐motivation, initiative, and accountability
* The ability to work effectively within a high‐performing team environment
