Frida Mexicana
Salary $75000-$80000 plus super, depending on experience.
Responsibilities
* Regulating temperatures of ovens, grills and other cooking equipment
* Preparing and cooking food
* Seasoning food during cooking
* Portioning food, placing it on plates and adding gravies, sauces and garnishes
* Storing food in temperature-controlled facilities
* Preparing food to meet special dietary requirements
* Cleaning and following health and safety procedures
Qualifications
* Previous experience in the industry or a similar role (at least 1-2 years)
* Relevant qualifications or skills
* Self‐motivated, creative, confident and enthusiastic
* Team player
