Key Responsibilities
* Assist in the daily operations of the Trade Centre
* Support on-time, in-full delivery and service expectations for customers
* Maintain high standards of customer service through effective communication and accurate end-to-end order processing
* Process and generate documentation (e.g. ROSAs, Dangerous Goods paperwork, sales and delivery dockets, consignment notes)
* Manage damaged stock appropriately
* Liaise with customers and handle enquiries and complaints professionally
* Undertake cycle counts and participate in stocktakes
* Perform purchasing, dispatch, and invoicing tasks as required
* Receive goods documentation and replenish stock (shelf packing)
* Pick, pack, and dispatch orders; put away incoming stock
* Tint paint and safely load/unload vehicles
* Assist with reporting, data entry, and analysis (including replenishment and SLOB stock listings)
* Support continuous improvement initiatives within the Trade Centre
* Contribute to safety standards and 5S housekeeping practices
* Communicate effectively with suppliers
* Operate the Trade Centre in the absence of the Manager when required
* Carry out general warehouse duties as needed
* Ensure spills are managed promptly and environmental risks are mitigated
* Follow all health, safety, and environmental procedures
* Conduct routine maintenance checks on equipment and report any issues
About You
* Solid understanding of stock movement and storage processes
* Ability to perform manual handling tasks
* Current Forklift Licence (essential)
* Strong computer skills and ability to learn new systems
* Customer-focused with the ability to manage multiple priorities
* Team-oriented with a proactive attitude
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills
* High attention to detail and strong organisational skills
