We're partnering with one of Australia's leading specialist insurance brokerages to recruit a Strata Insurance Account Executive for a unique opportunity based in the Inner West. Rather than sitting in a traditional broking environment, you'll be embedded within a modern, growing strata management business, becoming the trusted insurance specialist supporting a portfolio of residential strata properties.
This is an ideal opportunity for an Assistant Broker, Broker Assistant, Client Service Executive, Account Manager or emerging Account Executive looking to take the next step in their career.
What you'll be doing
* Managing insurance renewals and policy maintenance
* Coordinating and supporting claims activities
* Acting as the first point of contact for insurance enquiries
* Building relationships with strata managers and property stakeholders
* Liaising with underwriters and insurer partners
* Supporting compliance and portfolio administration
What we're looking for
* RG146 Tier 1 qualification
* Insurance broking or general insurance experience
* Exposure to strata, property or commercial insurance portfolios
* Strong communication and relationship‐building skills
* A proactive, customer‐focused approach
