Job Description:
As a System Quality Specialist, you will support the effective implementation and improvement of our Integrated Management System. You will work closely with the Systems Manager and Divisional Manager HSEQT to contribute to document development, monitoring compliance, coordinating audits, supporting quality management activities, and identifying opportunities for improvement across the business.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
* Degree or diploma in Engineering, Quality Management, Business Management, or a related field
* Lead Auditor certification in ISO standards (ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 45001)
* Additional training in continuous improvement methods
* Engineering skills desirable but not mandatory
* Several years of experience in quality, compliance, or systems roles within manufacturing, construction, services, or a regulated industry
* Demonstrated success in maintaining certification audits
* Hands-on experience in management reviews
* Experience with contractor management systems and WHS compliance essential
* Experience with HSI Donesafe and Microsoft Teams suite desirable
