Project Manager / Senior Project Manager (Clinical Trials) — Australia (remote from anywhere in Australia).
We're Avance Clinical, a Contract Research Organisation (CRO) offering specialised services supporting drug development for the pharmaceutical and biotechnology industry. If you've had full accountability for managing Clinical Trial projects, we'd love to hear from you. We're looking for a number of suitably qualified and experienced Project Managers / Senior Project Managers to join our team as we continue to win business.
Note: This role involves working with Frost & Sullivan's Global Company of the Year recognition and industry-leading clients.
Responsibilities
* Manage clinical projects from commencement to completion, acting as the interface between clients and sites.
* Oversee multiple trials across therapies, ensuring studies are delivered on time and within budget.
* Work in a fast-paced CRO environment with a focus on quality and timely delivery.

What you'll need to succeed
* Tertiary qualifications in health or life sciences
* 5 to 10 years' experience in a CRO / Pharma environment, with fast-paced early-phase clinical trials experience of at least 5 years
* Excellent organisational skills with the ability to set priorities, analyse problems, formulate effective solutions, and coordinate several tasks simultaneously
* Self-starter attitude, flexibility, and adaptability to a fast-paced CRO environment
