Our Client is a well-established Tyre and Mechanical business that provides high-quality products to its clients. They are looking for a full-time skilled and experienced Motor Mechanic to join their dynamic team.
You must have experience working in the automotive industry, be involved with all aspects of automobile technology and hold a formal qualification in automotive field. The workshop is clean and tidy with excellent facilities.
Requirements
* Hold AQF Certificate III in automotive trade or equivalent, including at least two years of similar occupation experience.
* At least three years of relevant experience may substitute for the formal qualifications.
* Ability to work unsupervised and follow brand specifications.
* Ability to troubleshoot and work proactively as part of a team.
* Proven experience in servicing, maintaining and repairing engines and mechanical parts.
* Disassemble and reassemble engine parts after repair.
* Sound experience in fault finding and fast breakdown response.
* Hydraulics/Pneumatic experience is highly regarded but not essential.
Desirable Skills
* Experience with wheel alignment and fitting.
* Creativity and specialised skills in automotive work.
Compensation
Excellent salary package plus superannuation. Salary range between $73,150 and $80,000 per annum plus superannuation.
