Job Summary
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Office Coordinator to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing administrative tasks, coordinating logistics, and providing exceptional customer service.
Key Responsibilities
* Raise, process, monitor, and close service orders in SAP
* Process purchase requisitions and orders in SAP and SRM
* Liaise directly with customers to provide information and secure purchase orders for completed jobs
* General office duties including dealing with incoming/outgoing documents, maintain filing systems, and reporting
* Reception duties including being the first point of contact for onsite visitors, taking incoming calls, and redirecting queries
