Property Lawyer – Associate to Senior Associate

This is an excellent opportunity for a property lawyer looking to advance their career in a well‐regarded Adelaide firm. We seek an Associate or Senior Associate with a background in property, construction, and infrastructure law.
Responsibilities
* Work with corporations, SMEs, and property developers on a range of matters, including property development, acquisitions and disposals, leasing, franchising, shareholder agreements, joint ventures and due diligence, contract advice, and major projects.
Qualifications
* 2 – 4+ years of practice, preferably in PAE and/or a senior associate role.
* Experience in a well‐regarded practice or in‐house role focused on property or commercial law.
* Excellent attention to detail and strong interpersonal skills.
* Confidence, capability and the ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
