WHAT ARE WE OFFERING?
Join the dedicated team at Kangaroo Island Health Service, where you will contribute to high-quality, person-centred care within one of South Australia’s most unique and supportive regional communities. We are seeking enthusiastic and compassionate Registered Nurses to join our Acute, ED and Aged Care teams in ongoing part-time roles.

The Barossa Hills Fleurieu Local Health Network runs from Kangaroo Island to Eudunda, wrapping all the way around our metropolitan areas (this position is on Kangaroo Island). HOW WILL YOU CONTRIBUTE?
- Deliver high-quality, person-centred nursing care with increasing autonomy across Acute, ED or Aged Care settings.
- Assess, plan and coordinate individualised care in partnership with patients, families, multidisciplinary teams and external agencies.
- Contribute to safety and quality improvement initiatives, including shift-based leadership and coordination as required.
- Support a culture of learning by assisting students, new staff and less experienced colleagues to build their skills and confidence.

WHAT ELSE DO YOU NEED TO KNOW/WHAT IS ESSENTIAL FOR SUCCESS?
Working in this environment, it is important to us that we only employ people with the upmost integrity and commitment to serving the South Australian community and its visitors to the highest possible standards. - You will be required to hold registration with AHPRA to practice as a Registered Nurse, Nurse/Midwife or Midwife within our organisation
