Assistant Store Manager – Marion
Looking for a role that fills your cup? We’re on the hunt for an Assistant Store Manager to help lead our passionate team in Marion.
About The Role
- Assist the Store Manager with day‑to‑day retail store management, leading the team, visual merchandising, deliveries and stock.
- Coach the team to deliver exceptional customer experiences throughout the store.
- Support the Store Manager to achieve budgeted sales and manage controllable costs.
- Lead the store and team in the absence of a Store Manager on duty.
- Support the training of the team in customer service, product knowledge and operational responsibilities.
- Encourage development with the team by providing timely feedback.
- Regular Sunday work is required for this role.
About You
- Passionate and motivated to deliver results, confidently supporting both manager and team.
- Excellent communication skills, robust time management and organisational ability.
- Previous team leader, key holder or management experience is advantageous.
