As we continue to grow, we have a newly created opportunity for a dynamic and experienced leader to join us a General Manager, Business Services. Reporting to the Deputy CEO, you will work closely with the senior leadership team to provide both strategic and operational leadership to our business services teams, including People and Talent; IT; Finance and Office Administration. About The Role You will be responsible for developing and delivering integrated business enablement strategies aligned with the organisational vision, our values and our strategic goals. Your role will include: Leading and fostering a culture of collaboration and innovation across the business Engaging with senior leadership team to ensure business services reflect our evolving needs Champion & develop the finance function, with support from the CFO and our external financial services firm Guide the People and Talent team with a focus on attracting and retaining talent, maintaining and driving performance, and fostering our Care and Trust culture Oversee the IT operations to ensure technology solutions are aligned to our business needs, and that we maintain a robust cyber security program Support the Head of Business Services to oversee the office administration function across the business nationally Leading change and business transformation and embedding continuous improvement and agility Proactive support of our workplace health and safety program Some regional and interstate travel may be required with this position. You must be willing to undertake a National Police clearance and must have a visa which allows you to undertake full time employment in Australia. About You You are an experienced and strategic leader, confident in overseeing cross-functional business services within a national or multi-site environment. You will bring: A degree in business, management, or a related discipline Demonstrated experience in stakeholder engagement, change management, and team leadership Strong financial literacy and experience with budgeting, reporting, and financial oversight A collaborative leadership style with the ability to influence and engage at all levels Working knowledge of the Fair Work Act, Modern Awards, and WHS legislation Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with attention to detail and strong organisational capability Experience in the professional services sector will be highly regarded, though is not essential. While our preference is for this role to be located in Sydney, for the right person we are happy to consider other capital cities.
