Responsibilities
Prepare and present varied, nourishing, and appetising meals tailored to residents' dietary needs and preferences.
Maintain a safe, clean, and compliant kitchen environment.
Collaborate with catering staff, residents, and care teams to enhance mealtime experiences.
Lead and support kitchen staff, fostering a positive and high-performance culture.
Oversee menu planning, stock control, and kitchen budgeting.
Continually evaluate and improve catering services for cost-effectiveness and resident satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities
Prepare and present varied, nourishing, and appetising meals tailored to residents' dietary needs and preferences.
Maintain a safe, clean, and compliant kitchen environment.

Continually evaluate and improve catering services for cost-effectiveness and resident satisfaction.
Key Requirements / Skills
Certificate III or IV in Commercial Cookery (or equivalent trade qualification).
Proven experience in a commercial kitchen, ideally within aged care or large-scale catering.
Strong leadership, teamwork, and mentoring skills.
Knowledge of safe food handling practices and WHS compliance.
Current Police Check (or willingness to obtain).
Queensland Driver's Licence (Manual Required).
