Job Responsibilities and Requirements
Core Responsibilities
* Customer Interaction: Provide updates, gather feedback, and ensure service quality.
* Scheduling & Dispatch: Allocate technicians based on skills and location; handle urgent requests and optimize routes.
* Work Order Management: Update service records and approve timesheets.
* Service Support: Coordinate tools, spares, and logistics for repairs and maintenance.
* Compliance & Records: Maintain technician credentials, permits, and insurance documentation.
* Reporting & Asset Tracking: Prepare periodic service reports and maintain equipment databases.
* Team Coordination: Organize internal meetings and events.
Qualifications & Experience
* 3+ years of experience in Technical Services coordination or a related role.
* Solid organizational and multitasking skills.
* Excellent communication and customer service abilities.
* Proficiency in service management systems (e.g. Dynamics).
* Ability to manage urgent requests and work under pressure.
* Familiarity with compliance documentation and safety standards.
