About the role
This role focuses on configuring and integrating invoicing functionality within the TechnologyOne platform, ensuring smooth system performance and compliance with recognized electronic invoicing standards. As a key technical contributor, you will drive integration efforts, maintain secure and efficient workflows, and implement automation to accelerate payment cycles and improve operational efficiency.
Key Responsibilities
* Deliver technical setup and integration of electronic payment workflow within the TechnologyOne finance platform, ensuring smooth functionality and compliance.
* Build and optimize data mapping, transformation logic, and automation processes in TechOne to streamline invoicing operations.
* Apply best practices to maintain invoicing protocols, security protocols, and version control within the TechOne environment.
* Work closely with Business Analysts, vendors, and stakeholders to troubleshoot issues, support project milestones, and deliver post‐implementation assistance.
Key Skills
* In‐depth knowledge of TechnologyOne (TechOne) systems, including configuration and backend operations.
* Strong capability in data integration, leveraging SQL and scripting to streamline workflows and automate processes.
* Experience with system upgrades, testing cycles, and user acceptance validation to ensure smooth deployments.
* Understanding of industry compliance frameworks, including standardized electronic invoicing protocols.
* Ability to design and implement process automation that accelerates invoicing and improves payment turnaround times.
