We're hiring a Brand Growth Activator - a hands-on, in-market role for someone who turns marketing plans into real activity on the ground. Less desk, more doing. You'll be the person making things happen across our partnerships, our Taphouse and the Gold Coast community - driving Brewery visitation, building relationships, coordinating events and showing up where it matters for our brand.

Burleigh Brewing is one of Australia's most loved independent craft breweries - proudly Gold Coast, proudly independent, and built on a passion for brewing beer that brings people together. Our Taphouse is the home of the brand, and the place where locals, visitors and our wider community come to experience what Burleigh Brewing is all about.

The role

This is a re-shaped, full-time role, based on-site at our Burleigh Heads brewery. You'll be the person who turns the marketing plan into visible, energetic activity - the events, the partnerships, the community moments, the activations that drive people through the Taphouse doors and keep the Burleigh brand alive across the Gold Coast and beyond.

You'll work closely with our Head of Marketing (who you'll report to), our Taphouse Experience Lead, and our Sales team - and you'll be the trusted, on-the-ground execution partner who makes sure things actually happen.

What you'll actually do

Grow the pipeline of community group visits to the Taphouse - plan it, drive it, deliver early sessions and build forward momentum

Build and deliver a strong, on-brand calendar of Taphouse programming - entertainment, events, group bookings and functions - that drives visitation and repeat visits

Manage and grow our partner, ambassador and community relationships so they deliver real value - visibility, content, advocacy, and commercial outcomes

Lead end-to-end coordination of offsite events and activations - festivals, trade shows, brand activations - including logistics, bump-in/out, casual staffing, equipment and post-event wrap-up

Own our branded assets, merchandise and POS inventory - making sure marketing, sales and Taphouse teams have what they need, when they need it

Coordinate our casual team for events and activations - briefing, scheduling and budget management

Be the day-to-day interface between marketing and Taphouse operations - surfacing ideas, solving problems early, and making sure the brand shows up consistently on the ground

Who you are

You're a doer. You like getting things done in the real world, not just on paper. You're happiest when you're moving - between a venue setup, a partner meeting, a community event, and a post-event debrief - and you bring genuine energy and warmth to all of it.

You're a strong organiser and communicator who can hold a lot of moving pieces at once without dropping any. You're commercially minded - you understand that activity needs to translate into outcomes - and you instinctively protect the brand in every interaction.

You've done work like this before and have the runs on the board to show it.

What we're looking for

Demonstrated experience in brand activation, events, partnerships, hospitality marketing or similar - ideally in FMCG, hospitality, lifestyle or beverage

A track record of delivering events, activations or programs you can actually point to and talk through - what you planned, what you executed, what it delivered

Experience managing partner, sponsor, ambassador or community relationships and getting real value from them

Confidence coordinating casual or contract staff and managing event logistics end-to-end

Strong organisational and budget management skills

Comfortable being on-site, in-venue, at events - this is not a desk job

Driver's licence and own transport (you'll be moving between the Brewery and events and partner sites)
