Lead Mental Health Professional
About this role:
You will oversee a team of professionals providing recovery-oriented mental health services to consumers and their families.
Key Responsibilities include leading a multidisciplinary team including social workers, psychologists, occupational therapists, registered psychiatric nurses, and medical staff.
Leadership Expectations:
* Develop high-quality mental health service delivery
* Collaborate with senior staff to ensure efficient daily practices and operations
* Recruit, supervise, and manage staff
* Oversee financial planning and service planning
Requirements:
* Nursing qualification and at least 5 years' experience in mental health services
* Leadership and management experience within mental health services
* Demonstrated ability to relate effectively to individuals and professional groups
