As part of our next growth phase, we are expanding our international sales capability and are seeking a highly driven fractional SDR to support pipeline generation across the Australian and New Zealand markets.

The Opportunity

We are looking for a commercially savvy and proactive Sales Development Representative (SDR) to identify, engage and qualify prospective clients for Global Reviews and the GRCI platform offering.

This is a fractional/contract role ideal for someone who:

* Enjoys outbound business development
* Has experience selling SaaS, CX, martech, insights or digital products/services
* Is well connected within enterprise, agency or mid‐market environments
* Thrives in flexible, performance‐driven environments

You will focus on outbound prospecting, lead qualification and booking high‐quality discovery meetings for our leadership and product demonstration team.

This role is not responsible for closing deals or running product demos.

Key Responsibilities

* Identify and research target organisations and decision‐makers across Australia and New Zealand
* Build prospect lists aligned to Global Reviews's ideal customer profiles (ICPs)
* Focus on sectors including financial services, insurance, gaming, utilities, telecommunications and ecommerce

Outbound Sales Activity

* Execute personalised outreach via:
o LinkedIn
o Email sequences
o Phone outreach
o Networking introductions
* Drive engagement and awareness of the Global Reviews and GRCI offering

Qualification & Meeting Booking

* Identify client pain points, digital experience challenges and commercial opportunities
* Book qualified discovery meetings and demos with senior Global Reviews stakeholders
* Maintain accurate records in HubSpot CRM
* Track outreach activity, lead status and meeting outcomes
* Support reporting on pipeline performance and conversion metrics
* Provide feedback on competitor activity, market trends and prospect needs
* Contribute insights to improve outreach messaging and positioning

Skills & Experience

* Proven experience in an SDR, BDR or outbound sales role
* Experience selling SaaS, digital platforms, CX, research, martech or consulting services
* Strong written and verbal communication skills
* Experience using LinkedIn Sales Navigator and outbound sales tools
* Heads of Digital, CX leaders, Product teams, Marketing leaders
* Highly self‐motivated and results driven
* Ability to work autonomously in a remote/fractional environment
* Existing network within AU and NZ enterprise organisations and advertising / media agencies
* Experience in customer experience, UX, market research or analytics sectors
* Experience with HubSpot CRM
* Experience working with offshore or distributed sales teams

Success Metrics / KPIs

* Qualified meetings booked per month
* Pipeline value generated
* Outreach activity levels
* Conversion rates from outreach to meetings
* CRM hygiene and reporting accuracy

Time Commitment

Flexible depending on candidate capability and pipeline requirements:

* Approximately 2–4 days per week initially

Compensation

Combination of:

* Monthly retainer
* Performance‐based commission on qualified opportunities and closed revenue
