We are seeking a highly motivated and proactive Customer Service Representative to join our WA Sales team based at Canning Vale, WA.
Key Responsibilities
* Assist customers with order bookings.
* Liaise with customers regarding queries and product information.
* Liaise with other departments for orders and credits.
* Provide a range of administrative and support services.
What we are looking for
* A punctual, positive and efficient individual.
* Comfortable working in an agile and time‐critical environment.
* Results oriented with a focus on providing great customer service.
* Experience with MS Office is essential.
* Experience with Pronto is advantageous.
* Previous experience in the sales environment or the construction industry is advantageous, but not essential.
