Location: This role can be based anywhere in Regional Queensland.
What's the role?
Our Local Business Bankers build, acquire and maintain standout relationships with Small Business customers, working closely with referral partners as well as our Banking channels. With a focus on Home Lending and Business Lending, you'll help our customers across many markets. You'll work flexibly and proactively to deliver the best possible experience for our customers. You will be embedded locally, working out of one of our branches, and you'll find other ways to build that customer base – including effective external and internal referral networks.

What do I need?
* Background in Small Business and Home Lending.
* Proven ability to find and generate new business in the financial sector and local market.
* Strong people skills, enjoying meeting new faces and building networks.
* Track record of delivering results that exceed customer expectations.
* Strong business acumen, ability to present details, and solid organisational skills, especially for managing workload independently while on the go.
