About the Role

Provide administrative and analytical support to the Procurement and Contract Manager for supply contracts and vendor agreements in our Supply and Solution Business Unit. You'll handle customer communications, order processing, financial reporting, vendor forecasting, and contract analysis while collaborating with sales, logistics, and leadership teams. This direct-report role drives contract compliance, risk management, and business growth.

Key Responsibilities

Supply Contract Administration

* Communicate with customers on orders, issues, renewals, and upsell opportunities.
* Ensure contract compliance, order processing, and performance/financial reporting.
* Work with AMs/BDMs/Director of Sales on renewals/upsells; forecast to vendors; manage risks.

Business Tools & Reporting

* Maintain vendor costs, customer prices, and contract-specific pricing in QuoteWorks (QW), Business Central (BC), and CRM.
* Generate and manage reports on vendors, products, pricing, gross profit (GP), and BU budgets.

Vendor Contract Administration

* Liaise with vendors on standard/project pricing, T&Cs, warranties, LDs, and quality issues.
* Develop internal forecasts, communicate to vendors, and ensure compliance.

Risk, QA & General Duties

* Identify and mitigate risks (business, OH&S, environmental, security); conduct Tender/Contract/Conclusion Reviews per QA policy.
* Follow BU/company QA processes; contribute to process improvements.
* Adhere to CommTel policies (HR, Quality, EHS, Security) and demonstrate CommTel Way behaviours.

Skills & Expertise

Essential:

* Graduate in Business Administration or Procurement or Contracts
* Strong analytical and organizational skills
* 1 to 2 years minimum experience in purchasing (procurement or contracts)
* Keen attention to detail, with an ability to spot errors
* Advanced level skills in MS Office, especially Excel

Desirable:

* Experience in telecommunication or IT industry in procurement area
* Knowledge of legal requirements involved with contracts
