Sales Execution

Qualifications & Experience
Degree in Mechanical, Chemical, or Process Engineering (or equivalent experience).
5+ years in technical field sales, ideally in process equipment or capital goods.
Industry Knowledge
Familiarity with industrial sectors like food and beverage, water/wastewater, mining, energy, or chemicals.
Sales & Communication Skills
Proven success in B2B sales, with strong negotiation and presentation skills.
Ability to engage stakeholders at all levels and deliver customer-focused solutions.
Tools & Travel
Proficient in CRM and digital sales platforms.
Willingness to travel regularly across Eastern Australia.
