Job Title: Senior Storage Infrastructure Specialist
Description: This is a unique opportunity to leverage your technical expertise as a Senior Storage Infrastructure Specialist. You will be tasked with optimizing large-scale Dell PowerScale and Isilon environments for optimal performance, utilization, and reliability.
* Key Responsibilities:
* Conduct thorough technical audits of cluster configurations across all-flash, archive, and legacy nodes to identify areas of improvement.
* Analyze and fine-tune data services including SmartPools, SnapshotIQ, SyncIQ, and tiering strategies to enhance storage efficiency.
* Identify and resolve performance bottlenecks in metadata I/O and protocol-level throughput (SMB/NFS) to ensure seamless data access.
* Develop and recommend architecture enhancements to drive performance, utilization, and reliability in the storage environment.
* Create clear, concise technical documentation and maintenance guidance to support ongoing operations.
Technical Focus: The ideal candidate should have expertise in reviewing and optimizing cluster configurations, analyzing and tuning data services, identifying and resolving performance bottlenecks, and recommending architecture enhancements.
