Offer description

Sherridon Homes is part of the Mirrastone Group and is one of the fastest-growing and most successful residential construction companies in Australia.

We're looking for a highly organised and proactive Sales Associate to support our regional sales team in Gippsland. This is a unique role working closely with our top-performing Sales Consultants across 3 display homes in Traralgon, Warragul and Drouin.

About the Role

As a Sales Associate/Cadet, you will support the sales team and play a key role in delivering an exceptional client experience. You will assist with client enquiries from all three displays, provide administrative support, and assist with the early stages of the sales process, gaining valuable exposure to custom home design, estimating, and contracts.

Key responsibilities include:

* Supporting Sales Consultants with client enquiries and follow‐ups
* Coordinating client appointments and helping to maintain CRM records
* Liaising with internal teams
* Providing professional and timely communication to prospective clients
* Assisting with display homes, events, and client presentations as required

About You

You are organised, client‐focused, and eager to learn, with a genuine interest in luxury homes and construction.

You will bring:

* Strong communication and interpersonal skills
* High attention to detail and excellent time management
* A proactive and positive attitude
* Ability to work well in a team environment
* Previous experience in sales, administration, real estate, or construction (preferred but not essential)
* Desire to grow into a Sales Consultant role over time

What we're looking for:

This is a demanding and fast‐paced role that requires resilience, adaptability, and a genuine commitment to your clients. It's also highly rewarding both professionally and financially for those who embrace the challenge.

* Strong people skills with the ability to build trust quickly
* A results‐driven mindset and willingness to learn a new industry
* Sales or customer service background (any industry)
* Tech‐savvy with an eye for detail
* Weekend availability (when most client activity happens)
* Must have a Driver's licence and a reliable vehicle

What to expect:

* $60,000 + Super
* Full‐time role, 5 days per week (some weekends required)
* 10:00 am - 5:00 pm
* Coaching, Training and Development
* Career Pathways
* Great company culture
* Awesome company events
* Down‐to‐earth leaders and colleagues

If you enjoy being the person who keeps things moving, takes ownership behind the scenes, and supports a high‐performing team to succeed, this role offers a strong foundation within the new home sales industry.

Please note: You must have unlimited Australian work rights to be considered for this role, as well as being able to interview in person.
