Are you a Registered Nurse or Allied Health professional with a bachelor's degree looking for a flexible and rewarding role?
Our Aged Care Assessments team is growing, and we are seeking skilled and compassionate Clinical Assessors to join us in casual positions.
About The Role
You will conduct comprehensive, person-centred assessments for frail older people and younger individuals with age-related disabilities. The role includes developing personalised support plans, applying reablement strategies, managing referrals, maintaining documentation, and working collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team.
You will also contribute to triage, quality improvement, and support new team members.
About You
* A Bachelor degree in Social Work, Physiotherapy, Speech Pathology, Occupational Therapy or Nursing
* Relevant professional registration
* A current Victorian Driver's Licence
* A current Working with Children Check (Employee)
* Aged care assessment experience (highly regarded)
