About the Role
ProPharma is expanding its Digital Transformation group and seeks a Freelance/Contract Scientific Business Analyst to support a key life‐sciences client. The role is based in a location commutable to Melbourne and will work on a hybrid basis.
Responsibilities
* Provide technical expertise on clients' global scientific platforms.
* Gather requirements, develop process maps, and translate them into workflows.
* Develop, implement, validate, and maintain scientific technology solutions.
* Ensure alignment with global governance frameworks and best practices for systems.
* Collaborate with internal and external developers during building and implementation phases.
* Design and deliver training materials and sessions to promote user adoption and standardization.
Qualifications
* Experience with scientific laboratory workflows in the life‐science space, including an understanding of industry challenges and mitigation strategies.
* Experience in laboratory informatics business analysis.
* Business analysis experience (requirements gathering and documentation).
* Strong verbal and written communication skills.
* Strong stakeholder and change management abilities.
* Structured approach to problem‐solving.
