$200,000 – $300,000 OTE incl. commission
Responsibilities
* Manage all buyer enquiry — VIP database, digital leads, builder referrals and walk-ins.
* Conduct sales appointments and present land releases from the on-site sales office.
* Guide buyers from enquiry through deposit, contract, unconditional and settlement.
* Work closely with builder partners to convert house & land buyers.
* Maintain accurate CRM records (Salesforce) and pipeline reporting.
* Contribute to release strategy, pricing feedback and weekly sales reporting.
* Represent the project at launch events and VIP previews.
About You
* Proven experience in project land sales or off-the-plan sales — this is essential.
* A track record converting enquiry to contract in a masterplanned community environment.
* Strong understanding of the contract-to-settlement process for land sales.
* Confident working with owner‐occupier and upgrader buyers at premium price points.
* Established relationships with Gold Coast / SEQ builders highly regarded.
* CRM‐disciplined (Salesforce experience an advantage).Current QLD Real Estate Certificate of Registration or Licence.
* Professional, self‐managed and accountable — you'll run the sales office like it's your own business.

* Above-industry base salary + uncapped commission — realistic total earnings of $200K–$300K.
