About the Roles
We are seeking experienced professionals to fill various positions, including Child Safety Practitioner, Child Safety Officer, Case Support Officer, Family Support Officer, Administrative Assistant, Customer Liaison Officer, Parent Visitor, and Best Beginnings Plus Worker.
* Child Safety Practitioner: Work collaboratively with vulnerable children and families to ensure their safety and well-being.
* Child Safety Officer: A modified position for those without relevant qualifications, providing similar support to Child Safety Practitioners.
* Case Support Officer: Provide direct assistance to Child Safety Practitioners by collecting and recording client information.
* Family Support Officer: Offer supervision and support to families and children accessing Department and community resources.
* Administrative Assistant: Contribute to the effective management of District Offices, ensuring seamless operations.
* Customer Liaison Officer: Serve as the first point of contact for members of the community accessing Child Protection and Family Support services.
* Parent Visitor: Conduct home and community visits to provide culturally appropriate support and assistance to families.
* Best Beginnings Plus Worker: Deliver personal parenting skills service to assist families in the growth and development of their children.
