* Deliver seamless end-to-end transport, warehousing, and supply chain operations.
* Ensure full compliance with all Defence, safety, and regulatory standards.
* Inspire and lead a high‐performing national logistics team.
* Safeguard accountability and governance for $3bn in critical inventory.
* Drive continuous improvement and exceed operational KPIs.
* Oversee third‐party providers for efficient and reliable service delivery.

Requirements & Skills
* Proven experience in transport, logistics or supply chain management, ideally within the Defence sector or hazardous materials.
* Demonstrated ability to mentor, nurture, and develop high‐performing teams.
* Ideally knowledge of Explosive Ordnance transport, storage, and distribution regulations.
* Exceptional people leadership, communication, and stakeholder engagement skills.
* Demonstrated commitment to safety, security, and compliance best practice.
* High attention to detail and a problem‐solving mindset.
* Ability to work site based.
