Administration Officer
to join a dedicated finance team in Warragul. This full-time OR part time contract role offers a diverse range of responsibilities supporting financial operations and administrative functions across various programs and services.
About the Role:
This position provides essential administrative and financial support to the finance team. Key areas of focus include accounts payable and receivable, payroll assistance, financial reporting, and compliance-related tasks. The role is suited to someone who is highly organised, has a strong eye for detail, and can manage competing priorities within a dynamic environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Process transactions related to accounts payable and receivable
Assist with payroll reconciliation and reporting tasks
Support month-end processing and account reconciliations
Contribute to the preparation of financial reports and service agreements
Assist with debt collection, fee recovery, and general ledger reconciliations
Ensure compliance with relevant legislation and internal policies
Support audit and accreditation processes
What You'll Need to Succeed:
Essential Qualifications & Skills:
Certificate IV in Finance or a related field
Proficiency in computerised accounting systems and Microsoft Office
Strong numerical accuracy and data entry skills
Excellent organisational and time management abilities
Ability to maintain confidentiality and manage sensitive information
Desirable Attributes:
Certificate III in Business or similar
Experience in aged care or a related sector
Familiarity with financial reporting or analysis
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work both independently and collaboratively
This role reports to the Finance Manager and works closely with internal departments to support the effective delivery of financial services.
