HR Manager - Recruitment & People Strategy

About the Role
As our HR Manager, you'll take ownership of the full recruitment lifecycle across the firm, while also playing a key role in broader HR initiatives. You'll be instrumental in attracting top talent, supporting leaders, and ensuring our people practices are compliant, modern, and effective. This is a full-time, in-office role at our Southport office.
* Proven experience in recruitment (agency or internal), ideally within the professional services sector
* Exposure to HR and/or IR matters, with a willingness to grow in this space
* Strong understanding of Australian employment legislation (or keen interest to deepen knowledge)
* Confident communicator who can build relationships at all levels
* Highly organised with the ability to manage multiple priorities
* Proactive, solutions-focused, and passionate about people
What You'll Do
* Lead and manage end-to-end recruitment across all roles in the firm, including leveraging relationships with recruitment agencies
* Partner with leadership to understand hiring needs and workforce planning
* Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline and employer brand
* Drive onboarding and employee experience initiatives
* Provide HR advice and support to managers on day-to-day people matters
* Assist with performance management, employee relations, and engagement strategies
* Ensure compliance with Australian employment legislation and best practice HR/IR frameworks
* Contribute to the development of HR policies, procedures, and systems
