Our client is a dynamic health services organisation seeks an ambitious, commercially-focused CEO to lead it through its next phase of growth and impact. Reporting to the Board, the CEO will drive strategic expansion, optimise operations, and deliver sustainable revenue growth while advancing the organisation's mission to improve healthcare access and outcomes across Australia and beyond.
Key Responsibilities
Contribute to and execute a bold growth strategy to scale revenue beyond current levels, targeting new markets, partnerships, and service offerings.
Lead commercial operations with P&L accountability, building high-performing teams and ensuring financial discipline.
Champion innovation and business development, leveraging sector networks to secure contracts, funding, and strategic alliances.
Provide hands‐on leadership through operational excellence, stakeholder engagement, and measurable outcomes that strengthen market position and stakeholder trust.
Ideal Candidate
The successful applicant will bring proven CEO or senior executive experience leading health or healthcare businesses to revenues exceeding $20million, with a track record of commercial success and growth.
You will combine deep sector knowledge with sharp commercial instincts. You are someone who has scaled operations, assembled and managed high-performing executive teams, won major contracts, and delivered profitable growth in competitive environments. A strategic thinker with hands‐on execution skills, you thrive in translating healthcare trends into tangible business opportunities.
10+ years executive leadership in health/healthcare, with direct P&L responsibility for $20m+ revenue businesses.
Demonstrated success driving commercial growth, new business development, and operational excellence.
Strong healthcare sector networks and understanding of regulatory/commercial dynamics.
Exceptional leadership presence with ability to inspire teams, engage boards, and influence stakeholders.
