Senior Quantity Surveyor / Quantity Surveyor Due to continued success, we are now on the lookout for a Senior Quantity Surveyor or Quantity Surveyor to join our team in our Northern Region initially working on schemes around the south of Birmingham, Gloucester and Worcester.
This role will be hybrid working between working from home and site visits.

Skills Required Ambitious individual with great communication skills, who is confident with a flexible approach.Demonstrate innovative approaches to problem solving and the ability to negotiate across the various levels of any construction environmentHandle the financial and mathematical demands of the role by possessing impressive numeracy and IT skills.Must have experience working on civil engineering schemes with a main contractor.Experience as a QS or SQS working with the NEC form of contract.
