Carry out a range of duties associated with maintaining food preparation, service and waste management areas in a clean hygienic state within the Launceston General Hospital (LGH).
Role:
* Carry out a range of duties associated with maintaining the cleanliness of food preparation equipment, food disposal and waste management areas in a clean hygienic state with the Launceston General Hospital (LGH).
* Maintain all food service equipment and surfaces in a clean and hygienic state.
* Experience in floor cleaning, pot wash and the use of cleaning chemicals inside a production kitchen.
* Understand both written and verbal instructions, and cooperate with other personnel within the department to work successfully as a team.
* Have an understanding of and comply with workplace health and safety requirements.

Details of appointment:
Permanent, part-time shift worker. No weekends but works public holidays. 70 hours per fortnight, to commence as soon as you can join the team.*notwithstanding hours to be negotiated with the successful applicant.
Salary:
$57,130 to $62,486 per annum, Pro Rata. Our Employer 12% superannuation contribution is on top of this amount.
* Salary range is in accordance with Public Sector Unions Wages Agreement 2022.
