Job Description
We are seeking a versatile Maintenance Professional to join our team.
As a key member of our crew, you will be responsible for performing routine planned maintenance and attending breakdown maintenance on our fleet of vessels. Your primary goal will be to ensure the safety, compliance, and pristine condition of our vessels.
Key responsibilities include:
* Conducting routine planned maintenance on 10 vessels ranging from 25-35m
* Attending breakdown maintenance and assisting contractors with higher-level maintenance tasks
* Supporting on-board engineers, skippers, and crew with technical issues
* Performing ad-hoc duties, including general handyman tasks and dry dock works
You will be required to work in both our shipyard and city jetty locations, and must be flexible with hours and willing to work under pressure.
Requirements
* Previous experience in marine, mechanical, or facilities maintenance is preferred
* Experienced in servicing, periodical inspections, preventative maintenance, and repairs to commercial vessels
* Practical skills with hand tools and basic maintenance equipment
* A strong work ethic, attention to detail, and commitment to safety
* Ability to work independently and as part of a small team
