About You
You are a highly organised administrator who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys being part of a close-knit, high-performing team. You bring a polished, friendly, and professional approach, along with the confidence to manage competing priorities and meet tight deadlines.
You'll need:
* Previous experience in a busy administration or sales support role, ideally within real estate, property, or campaign administration
* Strong customer service and communication skills, with a commitment to responding to emails and enquiries within 24 hours and returning voicemails promptly
* First-class attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and document preparation
* Advanced Microsoft Office skills and confidence working with databases and CRM platforms
* A proactive, can-do attitude with the ability to work calmly and with urgency under pressure
* Strong time management and organisational skills, with the ability to prioritise and manage competing workloads
* Impeccable professional presentation
* A natural ability to engage confidently and graciously with discerning, high-net-worth clientele, always maintaining the highest standards of professionalism and discretion
* A genuine team focus, willingness to support others, and the initiative to anticipate what's needed before being asked
* A current driver's licence for sales-related activities (e.g. delivery of gifts, reports, and meeting suppliers at properties)
What You'll Be Doing
* Managing end-to-end campaign coordination from appraisal through to settlement
* Preparing listing kits, CMAs, proposals, and vendor documentation to a prestige standard
* Coordinating marketing campaigns, approvals, timelines, and invoicing
* Diary and appointment management for high-performing agents
* Liaising with vendors, buyers, solicitors, photographers, stylists, and auctioneers
* Maintaining accurate CRM records and compliance documentation
* Delivering a seamless, high-level client experience at every interaction from first enquiry to settlement day
* Working proactively with Sales PAs to ensure operational efficiency across the team
* Providing general high-level executive and administrative support
