For over a century, we've been crafting innovative, high-quality products for homes and offices, including market-leading brands like Caroma, Methven and Clark.About the roleAs a Demand Planner, you will lead all forecasting activities associated with your allocated product portfolio with cross-functional stakeholders. Specifically, this role will see you taking responsibility for:Utilising a collaborative and consensus approach by working with Sales, Marketing and Finance to obtain and ensure that accurate information is used to create demand plans.Providing input to Supply Planning in developing inventory strategies on existing items, new products, and product phase-outs.Creating statistical forecasts and completing error analysis to improve/summarise forecasts.Preparing and maintaining relevant reports pertaining to demand planning processRefining systems and methods to continually improve forecasts so that GWA can better anticipate customer needs.About youAlong with a minimum of 3 years’ experience in a demand planning role, you’ll have:Advanced Excel skillsStrong data analysis and problem-solving skills.A flexible approach and the ability to think laterally.Highly developed stakeholder engagement skills and the ability to build strong, effective relationships quickly.Demonstrated experience working with ERP and/or Demand Planning applications.Experience with SQL and PowerBI will be well regardedAbout usAt GWA, we're not just a company—we're a supportive community committed to making everyday water experiences extraordinary.
