**Description**:
Assist the Head of Customer service to meet with guests and provide outstanding customer service to all guests, owners, and visitors of the business. Assist guests and owners in a branded, friendly, proactive and efficient manner with appropriate follow-up as necessary.
**Skills and Experiences**:
Previous experience in a customer focused role essential. Must have a current Victorian Drivers Licence and knowledge of local amenities and services; also a knowledge of local real estate would be an advantage.
