The National Health and Medical Research Council (NHMRC) is seeking an experienced and high performing candidate to fill the role of Azure Engineer in the Grant Systems team. The successful candidate will deliver targeted Azure engineering outcomes that strengthen the grant management systems business continuity, including secure access uplift, monitoring and resilience controls, and API-based integration with system supporting SaaS vendors.
This is a non-ongoing opportunity available for 12 months.
About the Branch
The Technology and Data Branch enables NHMRC by harnessing technology and data to meet both present and future business needs.
The Branch is comprised of the IT Management and Strategy (ITMS), Business Intelligence and Data Access (BIDA), Grant Systems Section (GSS) and Data Analytics, Reporting and MREA (DARMS) sections.
About the Section
The Grant Systems Section (GSS) is responsible for the management and administration of NHMRC's grant management platform and operational reporting environment. Its broader responsibilities include contract and service delivery, project delivery, system support and configuration.

Remuneration $121,755 - $138,410 per annum* plus 15.4% superannuation * Flexible remuneration arrangements may be considered in line with the NHMRC Enterprise Agreement and legislative requirements.
