* Hours: Part‐time or Full‐time (0.8 FTE to 1 FTE)

About the Role
As a Senior Clinician within the headspace Adelaide Mobile Assessment and Treatment Team (MATT), you will play a key role in delivering responsive, youth‐focused mental health services as part of an extended‐hours, 7‐day service.
Working with young people aged 12–25 years who may be experiencing, or are at risk of, a first episode of psychosis, you will provide comprehensive intake, triage, assessment, crisis intervention, and treatment services. You will collaborate closely with GPs, mental health providers, families, and support networks to achieve positive health and wellbeing outcomes.
In this senior position, you will provide clinical leadership, mentoring, and support to fellow clinicians while contributing to service planning and development. You will deliver evidence‐based, recovery‐oriented care through community outreach, home‐based treatment, acute interventions, and coordinated referrals, ensuring young people receive timely and appropriate support throughout their mental health journey.

Experience Requirements
* Demonstrated experience working within a fast‐paced environment.
* Clinical experience of the assessment and effective management of younger people experiencing an acute psychosis and crisis services.
* Experience of working in an acute mental health setting.
* Supervisory experience.
Qualification and Other Requirements
* Applicants must hold qualifications in one of the following disciplines: Psychology; Social Work – Eligible for Mental Health Accreditation through the Australian Association of Social Workers (AASW); Occupational Therapy – with Mental Health Endorsement recognised by Occupational Therapy Australia; Nursing – must be a Registered Nurse with Credentialed Mental Health Nurse status through the Australian College of Mental Health Nurses.
* Knowledge and experience in using the Microsoft suite of software and databases to prove ability to use relevant information technology, electronic recording systems and data management tools.
* Current or willing to obtain a Working with Children's Check (WWCC).
* Current or willing to obtain a National Police Check (NPC).
* Employment is subject to compliance with Sonder's Immunisation Policy. Applicants must hold, or be willing to obtain, all vaccinations and immunisations required for the role.
