Job Overview
We are seeking a highly skilled 12D Designer/Civil Designer to join our high-performing team in Queensland. The successful candidate will perform technical tasks ranging from low to high complexity and/or of a specialized nature, working independently or leading a team to deliver accurate, timely, and efficient production of designs, drawings, or other technical outputs on complex, multidisciplinary projects.
Key Responsibilities:
* Develop solutions for complex design/drafting problems and deliver accurate engineering drawings.
* Collaborate with colleagues and clients to ensure effective communication and relationship-building skills.
* Work in dynamic, multidisciplinary project environments, demonstrating commitment, adaptability, and experience.

Requirements
The following qualifications and experience are highly desired:
* Relevant technical qualification (Associate Degree, Bachelor of Engineering Technology, or equivalent).
* Over 5 years' experience in infrastructure design and drafting.
* Advanced AutoCAD skills, with 12d proficiency.
* Navisworks experience considered advantageous.
